    Beer Bread

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups all-purpose flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup white sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup oil
    One 12-ounce can of beer (less 1 sip for the baker)

    I premix all the ingredients in my bread machine and prior to baking... I put the dough in a stoneware bread pan.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
