Punch Bowl Cake

Recipe Introduction

My friend, Mary, gave me this recipe a long time ago. This makes a pretty dessert for partys.

List of Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
2 small boxes of lemon instant pudding
2 cans cherry pie filling'
2 large cans of pineapple not drained
2 large containers of cool whip
1 can coconut

Bake cake in any kind of pan according to package directions.
Make both pudding mixes according to package directions.
When the cake is cool, break into pieces and spread half of it into the bottom of a punch bowl. Then layer the pudding, cherry pie filling, pineapple, coconut, and cool whip. Save some cool whip and coconut for the top layer and cover and refrigerate.
