    List of Ingredients


    • 6 ripe tomatoes
    • 2 chopped onions
    • 4 garlic cloves
    • shredded basil
    • pepper


    Instructions


    1. Process tomatoes, onions and garlic cloves until smooth.
    2. Simmer in a saucepan until thick.
    3. Add shredded basil, pepper and seasoning to taste.
    4. Stir through freshly cooked pasta, or add meat for a bolognaise sauce.
