    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Beat egg, milk and peanut butter until well blended; stir in Bisquick and sugar just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among paper baking cups.

    Bake 400ºF for 15-18 minutes. Serve with jam or jelly.

    Makes 12 muffins.
