    2 parts white glue (ELMERS regular white glue)
    1 part Sta-Flo liquid starch

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients well. It nees to dry a little bit before it is workable. Store in an airtight container. ***If you use Elmers school glue instead of regular white glue, your Silly Putty will not bounce or pick up picture impressions.
