6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1-1/2(1 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 bottle Russian-style bottled salad dressing (8-10 oz.)
1 C. apricot preserves
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Place the chicken pieces in a 4-qt. casserole dish. Mix the soup mix, dressing & preserves together and pour the mixture all over the chicken. Bake, covered, for one hour. Serve with rice.
