    No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

    • Almond Bark or Chocolate Bark
    • Ritz crackers
    • Peanut Butter


    Instructions


    1. Spread peanut butter on one cracker and stack another on top to make a sandwich cookie.
    2. Melt almond bark over double boiler and dip cookie to coat all sides.
    3. Place dipped cookie on wax paper to harden and cool.
