    List of Ingredients




    2 medium onions
    1 bell pepper
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 poblano pepper
    4 teaspoons fresh garlic (minced)
    1 can (10 oz.) Ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup chili powder (dark)
    2 tablespoons cumin
    1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 can (16 oz.) dark kidney beans
    1 pound ground round
    1 pound filet mignon
    7 sun dried tomatoes
    1 package HormelŪ bacon
    1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
    3 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 quart beef broth
    1 teaspoon masa
    1 can (15 oz.) HormelŪ Chili No Beans
    1/2 pound butter

    Recipe



    Saute onions, peppers and garlic until vegetables are tender.

    In a separate Dutch oven, combine vegetables and garlic with diced
    tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, red cayenne, oregano, brown sugar and
    kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then lower temperature and simmer.

    Meanwhile, begin browning meat, and add to Dutch oven when fully cooked.
    Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

    While chili simmers, soak sun dried tomatoes and prepare bacon per
    package directions. Add pineapple, sun dried tomatoes, salt, pepper,
    bacon, beef broth, masa and HormelŪ Chili to Dutch oven and simmer for
    an additional 20-30 minutes.

    Add butter and simmer a few more minutes before serving.
