    Salad Ingredients
    ¼ small cabbage, shredded finely
    1 small red capsicum, (red pepper) cut into thin slithers
    500 grams asparagus pieces, cut diagonally

    Dressing Ingredients
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    1 tbs. white vinegar
    1 tbs mustard

    Recipe



    Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
    Combine all salad ingredients and slowly pour dressing mix to make the asparaguslaw.

    Serves 6-8.
