Redback Chili
List of Ingredients
1 kg Chicken Wings
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove Garlic crushed
500 ml Master Foods Plum Sauce
1 x 190 gm Arsedropper or Redback MildRecipe
Cut wing's into pieces discard tips, place wing's into s/s bowl and mix garlic & wc/sauce with chicken, place into fridge for an hour or so, take out and place into large pot & slowly cook, being careful not to burn . When midway cooked pour in the plum sauce and stir through the mix, ad the redback hot or mild chutney to the chicken (to desired taste) .. heaps .... and simmer until cooked (hour) serve on a bed of rice or as an entree . .
