Sesame Sugar Snap Peas

1 pound sugar snap peas
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Recipe
Steam snap peas until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add snap peas and stir-fry until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
