    DRESSING: Pour into jar to shake
    4-1/2 Tbs. salad oil
    4-1/2 Tbs. sesame oil
    1-1/2 tsp. MSG
    1-1/2 tsp. salt

    SALAD:
    ½ pound shredded chicken (2 chicken breasts)
    2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
    4 green onions, sliced
    Cilantro
    Chopped peanuts
    Iceberg lettuce, one head shredded
    Deep-fried saifun

    Toss salad with dressing. Squeeze juice from ½ lemon over all. Top with saifun noodles.
