Meat and Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
6 potatoes diced
2 pounds of minced beef
1 large onion, diced
1 pint heavy cream
2 cups Velveeta
4 cups of milkRecipe
Boil potatoes with onions in a stock pot until tender
but not mushy. Do not drain water off. Fry hamburger
til done and add to potatoes. Add milk, velveeta, and
heavy cream to stock pot and stir. When cheese is
melted it's ready to eat. We have added a tin of
tomatoes to this and we like it - if you like tomatoes
you could give it a try. For ordinary potato soup
leave out velveeta and minced beef. This will also
freeze well flat in a zip lock bag. You can also do
this in a crock pot (same w/ the veg. soup) on high
for 2-3 hours or until done.
