9-inch pastry shell
4-5 tomatoes, seeded
¼ c scallions, chopped
¼ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 c grated Swiss cheese
¼ c mayonnaiseRecipe
Heat oven to 425°
Cook pastry shell for 5 minutes; cool.
Seed tomatoes and cut them into small chunks. Mix all ingredients together and pour into baked pastry shell.
Bake for 35 minutes.
