Beef Porcupines with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
1 pound 90% lean ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon canola or corn oil
1 10 1/2-ounce can condensed tomato soup
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups water
Instructions:
Combine ground beef, rice, bread crumbs, salt, parsley, and 2 tablespoons water. Roll beef mixture into 20 meatballs, each about 1 1/4 inch in diameter.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add meatballs and brown over medium heat, turning frequently. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer gently 1 hour or until rice is tender. Serve meatballs with tomato sauce from pan.
