    1 1/2c.baking mix,2Tbls.vanilla instant pudding mix,1/4c.sugar,1teas.baking powder,1/4c.soft butter,1/2c.milk,1 egg,1/4-1/3c.honey,1/2-3/4c.chopped dates.

    Oven350*,greased muffin tin.Blend all dry ingred.,add butter,mix.Add egg,milk,honey,dates,mix.Fill each cup 3/4 full.Bake 15-20mins.
