    • 1/2 c butter
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 2 t garlic powder
    • 2 c milk
    • 6 oz Parmesan Cheese
    • 1/8 t pepper


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter, add cream cheese and garlic. Stir with wire whisk. Add milk, a little at a time. Stir in Parmesan Cheese and serve over hot pasta!
