1 Medium Apple
1 Whole Reduced Fat Cinnamon Graham Cracker
1Tbs Splenda no calorie sweetener
a sprinkle of cinnamon to tasteRecipe
1) Peel and slice the apple into small slices. Place into a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle splenda and cinnamon on top.
2) Microwave on High for 2 - 3 minutes, or until apples start to cook.
3) Cruch graham cracker in a bowl until almost a powder. You can have more chunks if you like. Sprinkle over the apple mixture and microwave for another minute.
