Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

My Tweaked Version
List of Ingredients
- 2 LB Bag of Hash Browns ( Cubed Kind)
- 4 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese ( or any kind as long as its Cheddar)
- 1 LB Cooked Bacon, Crumbled (Optional) Can use Cubed Ham also
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (Cream of Chicken can also be used)?/uuuuuuuiuuuuuuuuuu
- 1/4 C-1/2 C Finely Chopped Onion, Sautee'
- Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and the top starts to brown
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Option: Either thaw out Hash Browns or Keep Frozen. I find when they're Frozen, my hand freezes off when mixing.
- Combine all Ingredients in a LARGE Bowl. If you do not have a large bowl, use a large pan you boil potatoes in.
- Cover with Foil and Bake at 350 for about 25 Minutes. Take Foil off, and Bake until it starts to brown on top and is bubbly
