    List of Ingredients




    8 oz uncooked whole-wheat pasta
    1 cup canned common cowpeas
    1 cup frozen corn kernels
    3 slice Borden 2% Singles Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Sharp Cheese Food
    3 oz olive(s)
    2 Tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits

    Dressing
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 t oregano
    1 T Dijon mustard
    2 cloves garlic

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to instructions, add the corn the last 2 min. Drain and rinse in cold water. Put all in a med. bowl add the rest of the ingredients.

    Make the dressing, pour it over the salad, stir and enjoy! It is better of course if it gets to "meld" in the fridge for an hour or so...
