    Very Fluffy.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 egg white, unbeaten
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    1. Mix sugar, egg white and cream of tartar together.

    2. Add boiling water; beat on high speed of electric mixer until stiff.

    3. Add vanilla.

    4. Spread on cake.
