    2-3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
    1 medium cucumber
    1 small onion
    1 T. cream

    CUCUMER SANDWICH FILLING


    Peel cucumber and onion and place in blender. Blend until liquefied. Strain off all liquid and discard. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. This will spread about 20 3" sandwiches.
