    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup maple syrup
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 2 cups pecans


    Instructions


    1. Boil sugar,milk and syrup until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
    2. Remove from heat and cool. When it is lukewarm,beat until smooth and creamy.
    3. Add broken pecans and drop on buttered paper from tip of a spoon,making little mounds.
