    When foods are deep-fried properly, they absorb minimal oil. For successful frying, bring the oil to the specified temperature, checking it with a deep-frying thermometer
    20 min; Cooking Time
    Ingredients:
    3 cups large peeled and deveined shrimp
    4 Fish Fillet, fillet
    1 pint of Oysters, pre-rinse
    1 dozen crab claws
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    ½ teaspoon of Miller’s Magic.
    1/2 cup white cornmeal
    2 cups oil for deep frying
    Preparation:
    Clean Seafood. Season shrimp, fish fillets, crab claws, and oyster with 1 teaspoons salt and the pepper; Combine cornmeal, Miller’s Magic Dust remaining salt in small mixing bowl; mix until well blended and smooth.
    Heat oil in deep fryer to 350°.
    Add batter mixture to shrimp; stir until shrimp are well coated.
    Drop shrimp in deep, hot fat in batches.
    Fry until light golden brown, about 2 to 4 minutes.
