    Oyster Rockafeller Pie

    4 tbls. Butter 2 tbls. Lemon Juice
    ˝ cup Green Onion ˝ cup Purple Onion
    1 tbls. Garlic 1 tsp. Cayenne
    1 ˝ cup Cream Cheese ˝ cup White Wine
    1 pints Oysters 1 cup Mushrooms
    1 tbls. Worcestershire 1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 ct. Pie Shell 1 cup Bread Crumbs
    1 lb. Spinach Salt & Pepper to Taste
    1/2 cup chopped celery ˝ cup chopped bell peppers
    1- 10inch deep pie shell

    Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chopped onions, celery, peppers and sauté until almost tender. Add mushrooms and deglaze with the wine. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add the spinach, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne while stirring constantly. Add the cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Cook at medium heat for 10 minutes. Add oysters. Cook for 10 minutes. Pour into pie shell and top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.
