    Blue Cheese Burgers

    1/4 lb blue cheese
    3 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 c minced fresh chives
    1/4 t hot pepper sauce
    1 t Worcestershire sauce
    1 t coarsely ground black pepper
    1 1/2 t salt
    1 t dry mustard
    12 hamburger buns

    Recipe



    Crumble the blue cheese into a large mixing bowl, and then
    thoroughly combine with ground beef, chives, hot pepper sauce,
    Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard. Cover
    and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat an outdoor grill for high
    heat, and lightly oil grate. Lightly press the meat into about
    12 patties. Cook on preheated grill (I use the Forman) until
    browned on both sides and to your desired doneness. Serve on
    hamburger buns. Makes 12 servings.
