    Very good hush puppies with fish.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup corn {self-rising}
    1/2 cup flour[self-rising}
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg{beaten}
    1/4 cup onion{chopped}

    Recipe



    Mix cornmeal, flour, buttermilk, egg and onion.
    Spoon drop into boiling hot oil.
    Remove when brown and drain on paper towel.
