    4 oz plain sieved flour
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tsp salt
    6 fl oz beer (Bitter or Lager)
    1 large egg white whipped until soft peak stage

    Recipe



    Mix the first four ingredients together to a smooth batter the fold in the whisked egg white.
