    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 cups hot cooked fettuccine
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

    Mix picante sauce, sour cream, and cheese in a saucepan. Heat through. Toss with fettuccine and cilantro. Serve with additional picante sauce.
