Smucker's® Double Apple Turnovers

Makes 6 turnovers
Ingredients
1/2 cup SMUCKER'S® Cider Apple Butter
1/2 cup apple cider or juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Grated peel of 1 orange
1/4 cup golden raisins
4 large firm apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 package frozen phyllo dough, thawed
CRISCO® No-Stick Cooking Spray
Granulated sugar for garnish
Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
1. Combine SMUCKER'S® Cider Apple Butter, cider, cinnamon and orange peel in small saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes. Add raisins; heat for 2 minutes more. Add apples; cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until apples begin to soften and most of liquid evaporates. Cool in refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unwrap phyllo dough. Remove one sheet of dough, keeping remaining sheets covered with damp cloth. Coat dough with cooking spray; cover with second sheet of dough. Spray top sheet with cooking spray.
3. Spoon about 1/3 cup apple filling onto lower right corner of dough. Fold dough over filling to form large triangle. Continue folding turnover like a flag, making triangular packet with each turn. Repeat with remaining dough and filling to make 6 turnovers. Place turnovers on baking sheet. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until turnovers are golden.
