Chicken and Avocado Wraps
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion
1-1/2 teaspoons TABASCOŽ brand Pepper Sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
Cilantro sprigs (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Wrap tortillas in foil; place in oven 10 to 15 minutes to warm. Cook chicken breasts on grill or in broiler 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Cut chicken into thin slices. Combine chicken, salsa, avocado, red onion, TABASCOŽ Sauce and salt in medium bowl.
To assemble wraps, place 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla; roll up tortillas, tucking in sides. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
