    1 sm box Jello SF/FF pudding
    1 1/2 cup skim/ff milk
    1 sm container ff Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Combine pudding and milk, mix w/ electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes

    fold in Cool Whip a little at time until all incorporated

    Chill for at least 15 minutes

    2 points/1 cup
