Orange Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
6 (1/2" thick) pork chops
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Pepper (to taste)
Recipe
In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in the oil. Top the chops with the oranges, sprinkle with cloves and pepper. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
Serves - 6 Approx 6 Grams Carbs Per Serving
