    Cheese Vegetable Soup

    4 chicken bouillon cubes

    4 cups water

    1 cup diced onion

    2 ¼ cup diced potatoes

    1 16 oz bag frozen Calif-blend mixed vegetables

    2 cans cream of chicken soup

    1 lb Velveeta cheese


    Recipe



    Dissolve bouillons cubes in water, Add vegetables, cook till tender. Add soup and cheese. Heat till cheese is melted
