    • 1 nectarine, peeled and sliced
    • 6 oz. fat free peach yogurt, frozen
    • 1/2 cup Dole Pineapple Gauva Orange Juice
    • 1/2 cup Crystal Light or Sugar Free Lemonade Mix
    • 1 package Equal or 2 tsp. sugar


    Instructions
