    Milk chocolate base


    8 cups of milk

    ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    ½ cup sugar

    8 oz bittersweet chocolate

    Pinch of salt




    Recipe



    v Bring, milk, cocoa powder & sugar to a simmer in a heavy saucepan whisking frequently

    v Add the chocolate & whisk until completely melted

    v Season with salt & nutmeg
