Black Bean Luau Salad

Combine 1 20 oz. can Pineapple chunks, drained, 1 can (14-16 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained, 1 1/2 cups cooked white or brown rice, 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast, 1 medium red or green bell pepper, chopped; 1/2 cup chopped celery, and 1/2 cup chopped green onion on large bowl. Pour 1/2 cup fat free or light honey Dijon dressing over salad. Toss to coat. Makes 8 servings.
