    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/4 cup oil
    4 eggs
    3 cups grated carrots

    Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil and beat. Add eggs and beat. Add carrots and mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake 40-50 minutes at 350
