    • 3 cups powdered sugar, sift and divide
    • 2/3 cup baking cocoa
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 5 tablespoons milk, divided (5 to 6)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Beat 1 cup sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla in a mixer bowl until creamy.
    2. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and milk until smooth.
