Taco Twist Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
3 c. corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream




Recipe

Brown beef and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Combine macaroni, 1/2 c. cheese and sour cream. Place on bottom of baking dish. Top with meat mixture, then remaining cheese. Bake at 350F, 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
