7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c. dry)
1 to 1 1/2 lb. Kielbassa
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrot
4 green onions, sliced, greens inc.
6 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Beau Monde
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, opt.
2-3 drops hot sauce, opt.
Recipe
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain. In large kettle,
cook sausage, cabbage, carrot and green onion just until vegetables
are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in
macaroni and heat through. Refrigerate leftovers.
